What do dignified Rotarians do at their last Spring
Rotary Meeting?
Splishin' and Splashin' for FUN

Check the LAST WORD below!

Our President, Jon, sits in a "dilly dunker".

There he awaits his fate.

Some pitches come very close!!

But Jon keeps his cool.

Then Randy has his turn to pitch!

the water covers President Jon

He emerges to shake Randy's hand.

This dunking was worth 50 pool passes to some special kids of Parkersburg

Now our Superintendent of Schools, Bill Niday, was worth another 50 pool passes with his gracefull emersion.

Bill says, "Schools to Pools is great".

The Mayor, Bob Newell, donned his suit to join in

Looked a little nervous at first

In a democracy all can express their view with the press viewing too.

The Mayor's dunking was worth a 60 more pool passes.

In total Splish Splash raised $4,000 enough for 160 pool passes for use in Parkersburg's city pools this summer. We appreciate the support and help from  Rotarians and the community. The dunkees are very proud that they could participate to help Parkersburg kids identified by the school system have some fun.

Rotary Meetings are lots of FUN and COOL (water temperature was 65, but outside was 98).

A presentation to the FUN director!

LAST WORD: Three lady Rotarians-Kristin Davis, Judy Sjosdtet, and Jenny Keup-said that the fellows sold themself too cheap, next year they will take on the dunker for double!!!
